Operation and delivery of IMI´s software solutions

Shibuya is responsible for the operation, monitoring, infrastructure, security, and support of IMI´s supply chain software, which means the solutions are now delivered in the cloud. This provides customers with greater stability, enhanced security, and a more scalable delivery model. 

A joint delivery model

We operate as a unified team, combining Shibuya´s hybrid IT expertise with IMI´s deep experience in logistics and business-critical systems. The goal is to make it as simple as possible for customers to run their logistics systems, where Shibuya manages the technical landscape and IMI focuses on creating business value.

IMI carried carried out an extensive search process to find a Swedish partner that met requirements related to security, size, and company culture. Shibuya was selected because both companies share the same view on innovation, adaptability, and long-term development – something we both see as essential for success.
